1. Program description
Palisade Scale Group LLC ("Palisade," "we," "us") offers a text messaging program to people who request a free missed-lead audit or contact us about our services. When you opt in, you may receive text messages about your free audit request (such as confirmation, scheduling, and delivery of your audit results) and about our missed-lead response service (such as answers to your questions, follow-ups, and appointment reminders).

2. How you opt in
You opt in by checking the text message consent box on the free audit form at palisadescalegroup.com and submitting the form with your mobile number. The box is unchecked by default. The consent language reads:
"I agree to receive text messages from Palisade Scale Group LLC at the mobile number I provided, about my free audit and our service. Up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms."
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can request a free audit and buy our services without agreeing to receive text messages. We keep a record of the date, time, and wording of your consent.
3. How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. We also honor CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, OPTOUT, and STOPALL. After you opt out, you will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive any further messages unless you opt in again. You can opt back in by replying START or by submitting our form again with the consent box checked.
4. How to get help (HELP)

5. Message frequency and rates
You will receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
6. Carriers and delivery
Supported carriers include major US carriers, such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.
7. Eligibility and your number
By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provided. If you change or give up your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number or email us first so we don't message the new owner.
8. Privacy
We use your mobile number and consent information only to send the messages you requested, keep a record of your consent, and honor opt-out requests.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

9. Changes to these SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms by posting a new version on this page. If we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers by text message where appropriate. You can always opt out by replying STOP.
