Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have, including how we handle your mobile number and text messaging consent.

This Privacy Policy explains how Palisade Scale Group LLC ("Palisade," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit palisadescalegroup.com (the "Site"), request a free audit, communicate with us by phone, email, or text message, or use our services.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and business details you enter on our forms: full name, business name, business website, work email address, mobile phone number, and trade.
- Consent records: whether you agreed to receive text messages and/or emails, the exact consent language shown to you, and the date and time you gave consent.
- Communications: the content of emails, calls, and text messages you exchange with us, including replies such as STOP or HELP.
- Client account information if you become a customer, such as billing contact details and service configuration preferences. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data when you use the Site or submit a form: IP address, browser type, device information, the page URL, and date and time of access.
- Cookies: we do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies for security and performance.
Information about our clients' customers
When an HVAC or home service business uses Palisade, we process information about people who contact that business (for example, a caller's phone number and the messages they exchange) on that business's behalf. We use that information only to provide the service to that business, as described in Section 8.
3. How we use your information
- To prepare and deliver your free missed-lead audit and respond to your requests.
- To send text messages you have consented to receive about your audit and our service (see Section 5 and our SMS Terms).
- To send emails about your audit and, if you opted in, occasional service updates.
- To provide, set up, maintain, and support our services for clients.
- To keep records of consent and opt-out requests, and to honor them.
- To protect the Site and our services against spam, fraud, and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. How we share information
We share personal information only as described below:
- Service providers who help us operate our business and the Site, such as website hosting, form processing and workflow automation, email, cloud storage, scheduling, payment processing, and messaging delivery. They may use the information only to perform services for us and must protect it.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy's protections for mobile information.
- With your direction or consent.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Text messaging (SMS) and mobile information
If you check the text message consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Palisade Scale Group LLC at the mobile number you provided, about your free audit and our service. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency: up to 4 messages per month.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no further messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We use your mobile number and opt-in information only to send the messages you agreed to receive, to keep a record of your consent, and to honor opt-out requests. Full program details are in our SMS Terms.
6. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy. Audit request information is generally kept for up to 24 months after our last interaction with you unless you become a client. Consent and opt-out records are kept for at least 5 years so we can demonstrate compliance and continue honoring your choices. Client records are kept for the length of the relationship and as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.
7. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data we process for our clients
For information about people who contact our clients' businesses, we act as a service provider to that business. We process it only to respond to their inquiries, qualify and route leads, and help book appointments on the business's behalf. We do not sell this information or use it to market Palisade's own services. Each client is responsible for its own customer communications practices and for obtaining any consents it needs. If you contacted one of our clients and have a question about your information, please contact that business directly. You may also contact us and we will forward your request.
9. Your choices and rights
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or email us.
- Access, correction, and deletion: you may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or ask for a copy of it, by emailing darwin@palisadescalegroup.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. Depending on where you live, including New Jersey, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling. We do not engage in those activities.
- We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.
10. Children's privacy
Our Site and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes affecting how we use mobile information will not be applied to consent you gave previously without notice.
